Order Process

Custom furniture orders require:

  • Deposit payment before production begins (amount to be agreed upon)
  • Estimated delivery timeline (typically 4-8 weeks depending on complexity)

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon in your project contract. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Cancellations after production has started may result in charges for materials and labor already incurred.

Changes to Design

Design changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges and extended delivery timelines.

6. Delivery and Installation

We provide delivery and installation services within our service area. Delivery costs and timelines will be communicated during the consultation phase.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Custom furniture comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.

8. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to provide accurate information on our website. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information. Reliance on any information is strictly at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

Gamra Wood Craft may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
